摘要
肺移植生物样本是器官移植基础研究中重要的人类生物资源,对揭示肺部疾病发生发展机制、研究肺移植术后并发症以及推动临床转化具有关键作用。构建高质量的生物样本库,对于促进移植相关基础与临床研究的深入开展至关重要。然而,目前国内外肺移植生物样本库的建设仍缺乏统一的标准与规范,限制了样本资源科学价值的充分发挥及其跨机构共享。为此,中华医学会器官移植学分会和陕西省医学会胸外科分会组织多学科专家共同制定本指南,系统提出肺移植生物样本库构建的核心原则与操作规范,旨在全面指导肺移植生物样本库的标准化建设,加强生物信息资源的规范保护与高效共享。本指南的推出,可为我国肺移植生物样本库的规范化发展提供重要技术支撑与实施依据,进一步推动多中心协作和肺移植生物医学资源的整合与利用。
Lung transplant biological sample is the important human biological resource in the basic research of organ transplantation.It plays a key role in revealing the mechanisms of pulmonary disease development,studying post-transplant complications,and promoting clinical translation.The construction of high quality biological banks is crucial for the in-depth development of basic and clinical research related to transplantation.However,the development of lung transplant biological banks both domestically and internationally lacks unified standards and norms currently,which limits the full scientific value of sample resources and their cross-institutional sharing.Therefore,Branch of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association and Branch of Thoracic Surgery of Shaanxi Medical Association has organized multidisciplinary experts to jointly develop this guideline,which systematically proposes the core principles and operational standards for the construction of lung transplant biological banks.It aims to comprehensively guide the standardized construction of lung transplant biological banks and to strengthen the standardized protection and efficient sharing of biological information resources.The introduction of this guideline may provide important technical support and implementation basis for the standardized development of lung transplant biological banks in China,and further promote multi-center collaboration and the integration and utilization of lung transplant biomedical resources.
