摘要 一、经皮肺穿刺活检的历史 1883年Leyden最先以盲目进针的方式对1例肺炎患者进行了经皮肺穿刺活检，并在活检标本中找到了肺炎双球菌。Menetrier于1886年首次经皮肺穿刺活检确诊肺癌。但在20世纪30-40年代，这项技术遭到了冷落，因为在当时经皮肺穿刺活检并发症较高，并出现了数例死亡病例。直到20世纪60年代，
