摘要
作者于１９９５年２月２３日为一男性４８岁特发性肺纤维化患者行左侧单肺移植，至今良好存活。术后半年复查肺功能基本正常，核素扫描左肺通气及灌注良好。术间未用体外循环。术后用三联免疫抑制剂，加抗胸腺细胞球蛋白５天。术后３个月中发生３次急性排斥，第三次肺活检病理改变已达最严重的Ⅳ级，用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗，效果良好。
Asingleleftlungtransplantationwasperformedona48-year-oldmalewithend-stageidiopathicpulmonaryfibrosisinFebruary1995.Thesurgicaltechnicusedwassimilartothatmentionedintheliterature.ThedonorlungwasperfusedbycoldEuro-Colinssolutionwithacoldischemictimeof190minutes.Cardiopulmonarybypasswasnotused.Thepatientweanedfromventilatoronthenextdayofoperation(22hours).Immunosuppressionincludedcyclosporine,azathioprineandcorticosteroidusinguntilnowandantithymocyticglobulineforfivedays.Threeepisodesofacuterejectionoccurredwithinthreemonthsafteroperation,andalcuredbybolusmethyl-prednisolonegivenintravenously.Thepatientremainswelninemonthsafteroperationwithsignificantimprovementoflungfunctionandenjoiesnormallife.
