摘要
采用热重分析仪对硫化胶中油含量进行定量分析。结果表明:对于无法预估油含量的胶料,可先通过3.5℃·min^(-1)的加热速率进行测试,然后根据试验结果,对于油含量大于10%的胶料用2℃·min^(-1)的加热速率进行测试,对于油含量小于10%的胶料用8℃·min^(-1)的加热速率进行测试;该方法对环烷油含量的测试误差均在1.00%左右,且测试重复性良好,对环保芳烃油含量的测试误差在2.00%左右。
The quantitative analysis of oil content in vulcanizate was carried out using a thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that for compounds with unpredictable oil content,a heating rate of 3.5℃·min^(-1) could be used for testing.Based on the test results,a heating rate of 2℃·min^(-1) could be used for compounds with oil content greater than 10%,while a heating rate of 8℃·min^(-1) could be used for compounds with oil content less than 10%.This method yielded a testing error of approximately 1.00%for naphthenic oil content,with good repeatability,and a testing error of about 2.00%for environmentfriendly aromatic oil content.
