摘要
对国内中国石油、中国石化及民营企业等10家合成橡胶生产企业生产的丁二烯橡胶(BR)9000,按照相关国家标准、行业标准进行了分子量及分布、微观结构、生胶性能、硫化特性和硫化胶性能测试和对比分析。结果表明,(BR)9000同类产品相比,分子量分布处于同一水平,分布较宽;挥发分质量分数除企业b、d、e,其余企业产品的挥发分质量分数均低于0.09%;灰分质量分数相近;凝胶含量企业b、g的略高,其余企业基本相当;生胶门尼黏度在42~46之间,基本接近;硫化速度基本相同;定伸应力、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均处于同一水平。国内生产的BR9000均达到国家标准优等品的技术指标。
Butadiene rubbers(BR)9000 produced by 10 domestic synthetic rubber manufacturers,such as PetroChina,Sinopec and some private enterprises,the molecular weight and distribution,microstructure,properties of raw rubber,properties of vulcanized rubber and vulcanization properties of them were compared according to the national and industrial standards.The results showed that the molecular weight distribution of BR9000 was at the same level and was wider;the volatile component were lower than 0.09%except for enterprises b,d and e;the ash contents were similar;the gel contents were slightly higher of enterprises b and g,and were the same for other firms;the Mooney viscosities of the raw rubber were between 42 and 46,which were basically close;the vulcanization rates were basically the same;the constant elongation stress,tensile strength and elongation at break were all at the same level.The technical indicators for BR9000 of domestic production had reached excellent products of the national standard.
