摘要
采用两相等比预交联的方法,减弱了丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)/氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化胶复合硫化体系间相互反应,并采用平衡溶胀法得到了两相交联密度,并进一步考察了硫化胶网络状态变化对拉伸性能、动态性能、耐磨性、耐低温性和松弛特性等宏观性能的影响。结果表明,随着两相预交联程度的增加,硫化体系间相互影响明显减少,硫化胶中ACM相与HNBR相交联密度、硫化胶老化前后拉伸性能、耐磨性、回弹性、耐低温性和抗应力松弛性均增大,损耗因子不断下降。
In this paper,the reaction between acrylate rubber(ACM)/hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR)vulcanizing compound vulcanizing system was weakened by two equal ratio pre-crosslinking method,and the two crosslinking densities were obtained by equilibrium swelling method.The effects of the changes of vulcanizing rubber network on tensile properties,dynamic properties and wear resistance were further investigated.The influence of low temperature resistance,relaxation characteristics and other macro properties.The results showed that with the increase of the pre-crosslinking degree of the two phases,the interaction between the vulcanization systems decreased significantly.The cross-linking density of the ACM phase and HNBR,the tensile property,wear resistance,resilience,low temperature resistance and stress relaxation resistance of the vulcanized rubber increased before and after aging,and the loss factor decreased continuously.
