摘要
在全域数字化转型背景下,江苏省作为中国经济社会发展的前沿阵地,其智慧城市建设进程备受关注。本研究立足当前发展实际,基于PEST分析模型,紧密围绕江苏在推动全域数字化转型过程中的重点任务与要求,构建PEST分析模型框架,综合运用文献研究、案例分析等研究方法,分析江苏在各因素层面的能力与不足,归纳江苏省智慧城市建设的最新趋势,深入探讨智慧城市未来发展面临的风险与困难,在此基础上提出具有战略性和前瞻性的应对建议,旨在为江苏省智慧城市建设提供现实指导,也为全国范围内的相关实践提供参考与借鉴。
Against the backdrop of comprehensive digital transformation,Jiangsu Province,positioned at the forefront of China's economic and social development—has drawn significant attention in its pursuit of smart city construction.This study,grounded in the current realities of development,adopts the PEST analytical model to closely examine the key tasks and requirements in Jiangsu's promotion of province-wide digital transformation.A PEST framework is constructed,and a combination of literature review and case analysis methods is employed to identify Jiangsu's strengths and weaknesses across political,economic,social,and technological dimensions.The study summarizes the latest trends in the province's smart city development,explores the potential risks and challenges that may arise in future smart city initiatives,and based on these findings,proposes strategic and forward-looking recommendations.The aim is to offer practical guidance for Jiangsu's smart city endeavors and provide a reference for similar efforts nationwide.
