摘要
本文从智慧地球的理念入手,系统论述智慧城市的理论基础、概念和特征;分析智慧城市的业务构架和具体功能;前瞻性地论述智慧城市建设在我国城市发展中的重要意义;最后,本文对智慧城市建设应注意的问题以及配套改革措施进行了展望。论文在系统综述的基础上,力求深入浅出、论述严谨,供政府相关决策者和研究人员参考。
The paper based on the idea of Smart Planet,discusses the theory,concept and characteristics of smart city.Then it analyzes the smart city＇s framework and specific functions,and the important significant of smart city construction in Chinese urban development.Based on the systematically summary,the paper gives some suggestions for government decision-makers and relevant researchers reference.
