摘要
甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)作为调节体内钙磷平衡的关键激素,能够通过多种生物活性物质参与骨重建的调控。间歇性给予PTH时可以调节骨代谢的动态平衡,促进骨量增加,并修复骨缺损。近年来,基础医学研究及部分临床报道显示,像PTH这类生物活性肽在颌骨再生领域具有很高的应用价值,其促使骨痂成熟以及加速骨愈合的作用机制,已成为组织工程研究的热点话题。本文旨在系统介绍甲状旁腺素及相关肽在颌骨疾病治疗(如骨坏死、骨缺损、骨折、种植体骨结合等)中的研究进展,为颌骨相关疾病的临床治疗提供新的思路与方法。
Parathyroid hormone(PTH),as a key hormone involved in maintaining calcium and phosphorus homeostasis in the body,plays an important role in bone remodeling through the mediation of various bioactive substances.Intermittent administration of PTH can regulate the dynamic balance of bone metabolism,promote bone mass increase,and repair bone defects.In recent years,both basic medical research and some clinical reports have shown that bioactive peptides such as PTH have shown high application value in the field of oral craniofacial bone regeneration.Its mechanism of promoting callus maturation and accelerating bone healing has become a hot topic in tissue engineering research.This review aims to systematically introduce the research progress of parathyroid hormone and related peptides in the treatment of jaw diseases(such as osteonecrosis,bone defects,fractures,implant osseointegration,etc.),providing new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of jaw-related diseases.
