基于OBE理念的案例式教学在内科学临床带教中的应用

摘要 目的基于成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)的案例式教学在内科学临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月山东第二医科大学附属医院的80名实习学生,按不同教学方法分为两组,每组40名,对照组采取常规临床带教方法,观察组采取基于OBE理念的案例式教学模式。对比两组的参与程度及教学评价结果,观察其成绩及临床思维能力。结果观察组的在线学习、课前学习及课后复习参与度比对照组高,教学满意度及学习兴趣、临床思维能力均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的理论与实践考核成绩分别为(94.55±0.36)分、(92.73±2.57)分,高于对照组的(92.03±1.46)分、(89.92±2.15)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.599,5.304;P均<0.05)。结论将基于OBE理念的案例式教学用于内科学临床带教,可有效提升实习学生的学习参与度,有利于培养其临床思维能力,提高了教学成果,实习学生对教学具有更强烈的兴趣和更高的满意度。 Objective The application effect of case-based teaching based on outcome based education(OBE)in clinical teaching of internal medicine.Methods Eighty intern students from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by different teaching methods,with forty students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional clinical teaching method,while the observation group adopted the case-based teaching mode based on the OBE concept.Compared the participation levels of the two groups and their evaluation results of the teaching,and observed their achievements in terms of clinical thinking ability.Results The participation in online learning,pre-class learning and post-class review in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the teaching satisfaction,learning interest and clinical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were 94.55±0.36 and 92.73±2.57 respectively,which were higher than 92.03±1.46 and 89.92±2.15 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.599,5.304;both P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching based on the OBE concept in the clinical teaching of internal medicine can effectively enhance intern students'learning participation,be conducive to cultivating their clinical thinking ability,improve teaching outcomes,and intern students have a stronger interest and higher satisfaction in teaching.
