摘要
不同于“名校+新建分校”“大学+附属新校”的品牌输入发展模式,教科研机构与地方政府合办的城郊新建实验学校在探寻教科研知识、经验、成果在城郊新建学校应用、扩展、再造的同时,进一步丰富、拓展了城郊新优质校知识、制度与文化体系应用域与解释力,具体表现为提供适应城郊学生的教育教学服务,呈现教科研特质的在地化,建构家庭-城郊新校-社会协同育人的关系。这一合办学校品牌的成功塑造,仍需挖掘教育理论价值,助力教育教学实践过程与结果的成果转化;培育骨干教师,搭建外部专家与青年教师良性互动的桥梁;联合社会实践基地,探索学科知识与生活体验耦合的家校社协同育人模式。
Different from the brand-input development models of"famous school+new branch school"and"university+new affliated school",the branding of newly established suburban experimental schools co-run by the institute educational research and the local government is to explore the application,expansion and reconstruction of teaching and research knowledge,experience and achievements in new suburban schools.It further enriches and expands the application field and explanatory power of the knowledge,system and cultural system of the new high-quality suburban schools,which is embodied in providing educational and teaching services suitable for suburban students,presenting localized educational experimentation that embodies the characteristics of educational research and constructing collaborative educational relationships among families,new suburban schools,and society.The successful building of this joint school brand still needs to explore the educational theoretical value,assist the transformation of the outcomes of educational and teaching practices;to cultivate key teachers and build a bridge for positive interaction between external experts and young teachers;to collaborate with social practice bases to explore a collaborative education model involving school,family,and society that couplesdisciplinaryknowledgewith lifeexperiences.
