摘要 目的 分析介入放射学教学中应用问题导向学习教学法(problem-based learning, PBL)对提高实习生批判性思维的效果。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年6月在十堰市郧阳区人民医院放射科实习的100名实习生。2023年9月—2024年1月实施讲授式教学法为对照组(50名),2024年2—6月实施PBL教学法为观察组(50名)。对比两组批判性思维能力、教学满意度。结果 观察组教学后批判性思维能力测量法总分为(358.37±37.28)分,高于对照组的(304.00±30.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.959,P<0.001)。观察组对教学的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 介入放射学教学中应用PBL教学法对提高实习生批判性思维的效果明显,具有较高的教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying problem-based learning(PBL)in interventional radiology teaching on improving the critical thinking of interns.Methods A total of 100 interns who did their internship in the Department of Radiology of Yunyang District People's Hospital in Shiyan City from September 2023 to June 2024 were selected.From September 2023 to January 2024,the lecture-based teaching method was implemented as the control group(50 students),and from February to June 2024,the PBL teaching method was implemented as the obser-vation group(50 students).Compared the critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The total score of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version score after teaching in the observation group was 358.37±37.28,which was higher than 304.00±30.72 in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=7.959,P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group with teaching was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PBL teaching method in interventional radiology teaching has a significant effect on improving the critical thinking of interns,and at the same time,it can achieve a high level of teaching satisfaction.
