摘要
目的 探究分析失效模式与效应分析(failure modes and effects analysis, FEMA)理论的团队协同管理模式在医院药品管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2024年1—12月广州市红十字会医院的33名药师为研究对象,2024年1—6月接受常规管理模式的药师为对照组,2024年7—12月接受FEMA理论的团队协同管理模式的药师为观察组。比较两组的风险优先数(risk priority number, RPN)、管理依从性及管理质量。结果 观察组药品调剂中各流程的RPN评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组药师的管理依从性为100.00%(33/33),高于对照组的87.88%(29/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.258,P<0.05)。观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在医院药品管理中采取FEMA理论的团队协同管理模式可有效降低药品调剂风险,提高药师工作积极性,提升药品管理质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of team collaborative management mode of failure modes and effects analysis(FEMA)theory in hospital drug management.Methods A total of thirty-three pharmacists from Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.The phar-macists who received the routine management mode from January to June 2024 were selected as the control group,and the pharmacists who received the team collaborative management mode of FEMA theory from July to December 2024 were selected as the observation group.The risk priority number(RPN),management compliance and management quality were compared between the two groups.Results The RPN scores and total scores of each process in drug dis-pensing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The management compliance of pharmacists in the observation group was 100.00%(33/33),which was higher than 87.88%(29/33)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.258,P<0.05).The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The team collaborative management mode of FEMA theory in hospital drug management can effectively reduce the risk of drug dispensing,improve the enthusiasm of phar-macists and improve the quality of drug management.
