摘要
目的了解本院门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,分析其存在的问题,为促进临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考和依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法 ,共抽取门诊处方5784张,其中抗菌药物1706张,根据药品说明书、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《新编药物学》以及其他文献资料,对其中不合理处方进行统计分析。结果门诊不合理使用抗菌药物处方157张,占抗菌药物处方总数的9.2%。不合理的情况集中在重复用药、用法用量不合理以及联合用药不合理等几个方面。结论本院抗菌药物使用基本合理,但还存在一定的问题,其中重复用药比较严重,宜加强管理和学习。药师亦应积极参与临床用药,减少抗菌药物的不合理应用及药源性疾病的发生,以达到临床用药安全、有效、经济、适当的目的。
Objective To understand the use of antibacterial drugs in our outpatient department, analyze these problems,to provide the reference and foundation for promoting the rational antibacterial drugs therapy. Methods Uses the random sampling the method, altogether extracts outpatient prescription 5784, in which antibacterial drugs 1706, according to the drug instructions. ＂Guiding principles of clinical application of antibacterials＂. ＂New pharmacology＂ and other documents, to carry on the statistical analysis of the unreasonable prescription. Results Irrational use of outpatient antibacterial drugs prescriptions number was 157, accounts for the antibacterial drugs prescription total 9.2%.The unreasonable situation concentrates in the repetition medlcation, the usage amount used unreasonable as well as the union medication unreasonable and so on several aspects. Conclusion Use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is basically rational, but there are still some problems, repeated use is more serious, should strengthen management and learning. Pharmacists should also actively participate in clinical medication, reduce the unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs and medicine source disease the occurrence, in order to achieve clinical medication safety, effective, economic~ appropriate to the purpose.
