摘要
聚焦金融集聚与制造业高质量发展的协同机制,构建评价指标体系,采用熵值法评价2011—2022年中国30个省份的金融集聚与制造业高质量发展水平。利用耦合协调度模型分析,发现两者间存在着耦合互动关系,但刚达到高度协调水平的最低限,且不同地区之间的差异仍然显著。进一步的实证研究显示,耦合协调度受技术市场发展、交通基础设施和市场化指数的正面推动,而两者间的工资差距则产生负面影响。据此提出,在金融集聚与制造业高质量发展的协同推进中,需实施区域差异化策略,同步完善技术市场、交通基建与市场化改革,并通过金融改革和财税政策缩小两者薪资差距,以促进更高效的融合与发展。
This paper focuses on the collaborative mechanism between financial agglomeration and high-quality development of manufacturing,constructs an evaluation index system,and uses the entropy value method to evaluate the level of financial agglomeration and high-quality development of manufacturing in 30 provinces of China from 2011 to 2022.By analyzing with the coupling coordination degree model,it is found that there is a coupling interaction relationship between the two,but it has just reached the minimum limit of the highly coordinated level,and the differences between different regions are still significant.Further empirical research shows that the degree of coupling coordination is positively driven by the development of the technology market,transportation infrastructure and marketization index,while the wage gap between the two has a negative impact.Based on this,it is proposed that in the coordinated advancement of financial agglomeration and high-quality development of manufacturing industry,it is necessary to implement regional differentiation strategies,simultaneously perfect technology markets,transportation infrastructure and market-oriented reforms,and narrow the salary gap between the two through financial reforms and fiscal and tax policies,in order to promote more efficient integration and development.
