摘要
高校毕业生稳步进入中等收入群体的关键在于迈好“就业第一步”。苏州市通过打造高校毕业生、高等院校、用人单位以及政府部门“四方融通”路径,促进高校毕业生实现稳定就业和增加收入。调研发现,苏州高校毕业生成长为中等收入群体还存在收入预期与实际薪资差距、专业与岗位供需不匹配、人才培养层次与用人单位期望不符等问题。建议生校企政四方共同发力,提升高校毕业生综合能力,深化高等教育供给侧改革,探索校企合作新模式,构建全周期、全链条服务体系,促进高校毕业生稳步进入中等收入群体。
The key to enabling college graduates to steadily enter the middle-income group lies in taking the“first step”in employment.Taking Suzhou as an example,by creating a“Four-way integration”approach among college graduates,higher education institutions,employers,and government departments,the city promotes stable employment and increased income for college graduates.Research has found that there are still some issues for Suzhou college graduates to become part of the middle-income group,such as the gap between expected income and actual salary,mismatch between supply of professional training by schools and actual job market requirements,and inconsistency between the level of school cultivation and the expectations of employers.It is suggested that graduates,schools,enterprises,and the government should work together to enhance the comprehensive capabilities of college graduates,deepen the supply-side reform of higher education,explore new models of school-enterprise cooperation,and build a full-cycle,full-chain service system to help college graduates steadily enter the middle-income group.
