摘要
能谱测量是核辐射探测领域的关键技术之一,是获取放射性粒子信息的重要途径。为实现高分辨率的能谱测量,本文设计了一种基于厚膜集成电路的能谱仪。通过厚膜工艺,完成了能谱仪中的前置放大器、滤波成形器及峰值保持器设计。能谱仪的数字信号处理单元实现了ADC控制、幅值提取等算法,具备数据采集、处理与通信传输功能。在相同测试条件下,使用溴化铈(CeBr3)闪烁体探测器对该能谱仪和国外产品进行性能测试,本文设计的能谱仪输出谱线能量分辨率为4.0%@662 keV,国外产品的能量分辨率为4.2%@662 keV。这表明基于厚膜集成电路的能谱仪与国外产品相比具有竞争优势,且在核辐射探测领域具有实际应用价值。
Energy spectrum measurement is a critical technology in the field of nuclear radiation detection,serving as an essential method for acquiring radiation particle data.A spectrometer based on thick-film integrated circuits has been designed.Through the use of thick-film technology,the design of the preamplifier,filter-shaping circuit,and peak-hold circuit within the spectrometer has been completed,applying them to the spectrometer's thick-film integrated circuit conditioning unit.The digital logic processing unit of the spectrometer implements algorithms such as ADC control,amplitude extraction,and timestamp processing,and is capable of data acquisition,processing,and communication transmission.Performance testing of the spectrometer was conducted using a cerium bromide(CeBr,)scintillator detector,and the output spectrum exhibited an energy resolution of 4.0% at 662 keV,while the energy resolution of the foreign product is 4.2% at 662 keV.Furthermore,this spectrometer demonstrates competitive advantages compared to foreign products and holds practical application value in the field of nuclear radiation detection.
