摘要
为了研制数字化核谱仪,研究了一种用于数字多道脉冲幅度分析的梯形成形算法。采用理论推导,结合数值模拟的方法,分析了梯形成形算法的基本结构、幅频特性以及弹道亏损。梯形成形算法具备一定的低通滤波能力,梯形上升沿越宽滤波效果越好。在梯形平顶宽度大于探测器最大电荷收集时间的情况下,弹道亏损是可以避免的。该研究表明,梯形成形很好地符合核谱仪的脉冲成形要求,通过针对具体情况优化参数设置,易于满足不同应用的需求。
A trapezoidal shaping algorithm was studied for digital multi-channel pulse height analysis in a digital nuclear spectrometer. The basic structure, amplitude frequency response characteristics and ballistic deficit effect of the algorithm were studied with both theoretical analysis and computer simulation methods. Low-pass filtering ability is better when the rising edge is wider. The results show that the ballistic deficit can be avoided when the flat top of the trapezoid is longer than the maximum detector charge collection time. The results also show that the algorithm fulfils the pulse shaping requirements of the nuclear spectrometer with optimal parameter settings for different applications.
