摘要
数字技术的快速发展推动了职业教育生态的重构,开创了面向未来技能人才培养的数字化教育新模式。高职院校数字化教学评价改革协同治理具有“赋能”“重构”和“引领”的重要价值。现阶段,高职院校数字化教学评价改革仍存在协同评价基础设施建设滞后、协同评价主体数字素养桔构性失衡、协同治理机制失灵等关键困境。高职院校的突破路径是:构建“统筹规划+分类建设+持续保障”基础支撑体系;实施“分层培养+精准帮扶+激励引导”素养提升工程,打造“纵向贯通+横向协同+闭环反馈”治理新格局,为高职院校推进数字化教学评价改革提供理论指导和实践参考。
The rapid development of digital technology has driven the reconstruction of vocational education ecosystems and pioneered new digital education models for future skilled talent cultivation.The collaborative governance of digital teaching evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges demonstrates significant value through"empowerment","reconstruction"and"guidance".Currently,the digital teaching evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges faces critical challenges including lagging collaborative evaluation infrastructure development,structural imbalance in digital literacy among collaborative evaluation stakeholders,and dysfunctional collaborative governance mechanisms.Breakthrough pathways for these institutions involve:establishing a foundational support system centered on"holistic planning+categorized implementation+sustained resource allocation";executing a competency enhancement initiative encompassing"tiered training+targeted assistance+incentive-driven motivation";and forging a governance framework characterized by"vertical coherence+horizontal synergy+closedloop feedback".This approach offers both theoretical grounding and practical guidance for advancing digital teaching assessment reforms in higher vocational education.
