摘要
课程思政体系建设对培养德才兼备的心理学科人才具有战略意义。该文以北京林业大学心理学学科为例,提出教师队伍、课程体系、成效评价三大工作建设及协同联动的课程思政体系化建设路径。通过“元素挖掘、教学设计、考核方式”三步走策略,分类推进专业基础课、专业方法课、应用实践课的思政建设,开辟课程思政体系建设“主战场”,形成课程分类体系建设矩阵,实现价值塑造、知识传授与能力培养的深度融合。实践表明,该路径符合课程教学实际,显著提升教师育人能力与学生思政素养,为高校专业课程思政建设提供理论参考与实践经验。
The construction of an ideological and political education system in curriculum holds strategic significance for cultivating psychological talents with both moral integrity and professional competence.Taking the psychology discipline at Beijing Forestry University as an example,this paper proposes a systematic pathway for construction of the ideological and political education system,emphasizing three core components-faculty development,curriculum system design,and effectiveness evaluation-along with their collaborative linkage.Through a synergistic mechanism integrating"element mining,instructional design,and assessment",this approach advances the ideological and political integration in professional foundation courses,methodological courses,and applied practical courses in a categorized manner.It thereby establishes a"main battlefield"for construction of curriculum ideological and political system,forms a matrix of classified curriculum systems,and achieves deep integration of value shaping,knowledge transfer,and capability cultivation.Practical results demonstrate that this pathway aligns with actual teaching practices,significantly enhances teachers'educational competence and students'ideological-political literacy,and provides theoretical references and practical experience for ideological and political education in specialized courses in the university.
