摘要
数字化教育作为全球教育领域的重要发展趋势,德国的经验为中国数字化教育的发展路径提供了深刻启示和有益借鉴。以德国2020至2023年间的数字化教育政策为基础,结合德国国家教育战略,全面分析了德国数字化教育所面临的技术、资源、政策和法律等方面的挑战,并提出了相应的应对策略,通过深入研究德国的数字化教育实践,旨在为中国数字化教育的发展提供有益的经验借鉴,以推动我国数字化教育体系的建设和完善,促进教育信息化进程,提升教育质量和公平性。
As an important development trend in the global education field,the experience of Germany provides profound inspiration and useful reference for the development path of digital education in China.Based on the digital education policy of Germany from 2020 to 2023,combined with the national education strategy of Germany,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current challenges faced by digital education in Germany in terms of technology,resources,policies,and laws,and proposes corresponding response strategies.Through in-depth research on the practice of digital education in Germany,the aim is to provide useful experience and reference for the development of digital education in China,promote the construction and improvement of China's digital education system,advance the process of educational informatization,and enhance the quality and fairness of education.
