摘要
“三改联动”实施过程中火电机组需要进行灵活性改造,对锅炉系统设备造成了一定的影响。针对锅炉系统的空预器堵塞、燃烧器烧损等十多种常见问题进行了简要分析,并提出解决方案,为灵活性改造提供借鉴。
In the process of"three reforms and linkage"for thermal power generation units,pulverized coal firing boiler needs flexibility renovation which Influences boiler equipments.The comprehensive analysis was conducted on the problems such as air preheater blockage,burner burnout and so on.Through the analysis of practical cases,the typical problems and solutions are summarized to provide reference and inspiration for new flexibility renovation projects.
