摘要
分析锅炉结渣原理,得出结渣的必要条件。分别从燃煤特性、锅炉参数、运行工况分析其对锅炉结渣的影响;结合电厂结渣实例,分析结渣原因及采取预防措施;探讨在电厂的实际生产中,采用配煤、调整空气动力场、定时吹灰具体措施预防结渣.
The reasons of boiler slag-bonding is deeply analyzed to get the necessary conditions for slagging. The influences of the combustion characteristic, the boiler parameters and the boiler running conditions on slagging are discussed respectively. Considering an example of power plant slagging, the slagging reasons are studied and some preventive measures are taken. In the plant practical operation, some specific measures with coal blending, aerodynamic field adjusting, soot blowing timing are taken to prevent slagging.
