基于静电法测量技术的风粉在线监测系统在1000 MW机组上的研究与应用

摘要 一次风风速和煤粉均衡性是影响燃煤机组锅炉燃烧的主要因素之一,而我国燃煤机组一次风粉的精细在线监测在火电厂应用有限。一次风粉流速、浓度的可靠准确在线监测是提高锅炉运行安全性、优化锅炉燃烧的必要条件。一次风粉流速过低导致粉管堵管,燃烧器烧损变形、结焦甚至损坏,而流速过高将造成粉管及燃烧器磨损严重,寿命缩短,性能变差。该研究应用新型全截面非接触式一次风粉在线监测系统,直接对粉管内工质流动状态进行监视,实现一次风粉关键参数的在线精准测量。一方面可有效检测粉管堵、漏,发现粉管工质异常及时处理;另一方面为锅炉运行及燃烧优化提供可靠准确的技术数据,有利于各个燃烧器燃烧优化调整,提高燃烧经济性。 The air volume and coal powder uniformity of the direct fired pulverizing system are one of the main factors affecting the combustion of coal-fired unit boilers,but the fine online monitoring of primary air and coal powder in coal-fired units in China has limited application in thermal power plants.Reliable and accurate online monitoring of primary air powder flow rate and concentration is a necessary condition for improving boiler operation safety and optimizing boiler combustion.A low air powder flow rate can cause blockage of the powder tube,burning,deformation,coking,and even damage to the burner,while a high flow rate can cause severe wear and tear of the powder tube and burner,shorten their lifespan,and deteriorate their performance.This article studies and applies a new type of full section non-contact primary air powder online monitoring system,which directly monitors the flow state of the working fluid in the powder tube and achieves online accurate measurement of key parameters of primary air powder.On the one hand,it can effectively detect blockages and leaks in the powder tube,and promptly handle any abnormalities in the working fluid of the powder tube.On the other hand,providing reliable and accurate technical data for boiler operation and combustion optimization is beneficial for optimizing and adjusting the combustion of various burners,and improving combustion economy.
