摘要
目的:研究甲状腺肿瘤患者病理诊断中术中冰冻切片采用全自动快速染色机与常规手工染色的效果。方法:选取本院2023年1月~2024年3月收诊的甲状腺肿瘤患者114例为研究对象,均在术中采集冰冻切片进行病理检查,每例患者均连续切片2片,在固定后分成两组,对照组的切片采用常规手工染色法,实验组的切片采用全自动快速染色机染色,对比两组的染色效果评分、染色优良率、染色耗时、诊断准确率。结果:实验组的染色效果评分、染色优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05);在单个切片染色的耗时比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2个切片同时进行染色操作时,实验组的染色耗时短于对照组(P<0.05);以术后石蜡切片病理检查为诊断金标准,实验组对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断准确率、良性肿瘤诊断准确率、恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺肿瘤的病理诊断中,术中冰冻切片应用全自动快速染色机能提高工作效率,提高染色效果,有助于提高术中病理检查的诊断准确率。
Objective:To study the effect of intraoperative frozen section by automatic rapid dyeing machine and conventional manual staining in patients with thyroid tumor.Methods:114 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Frozen sections were collected for pathological examination during surgery,and each patient was divided into two groups after fixation.The control group's sections were stained using conventional manual staining method,while the experimental group's sections were stained using a fully automatic rapid staining machine.The staining effect scores,excellent staining rate,staining time,and diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results:The staining effect score and excellent and good staining rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the staining time of a single section between the two groups(P>0.05);When staining 2 sections simultaneously,the staining time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);Taking the pathological examination of postoperative paraffin sections as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid tumors,benign tumors and malignant tumors of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the pathological diagnosis of thyroid tumor,the automatic rapid dyeing machine in intraoperative frozen section can improve the working efficiency and improve the staining effect,which helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy of intraoperative pathological examination.
