摘要
目的 对比革兰氏染色与阴道涂片检查快速染色用于白带常规检验的价值。方法 纳入2022年4月—2023年12月在丹阳市第三人民医院妇科门诊就诊的2000例患者为研究对象,对所有患者均进行革兰氏染色与阴道涂片检查快速染色检查,对比这两种检查方式的病原体检出率、对阴道炎的诊断情况。结果 (1)阴道涂片检查快速染色对滴虫、霉菌的检出率显著高于革兰氏染色(P<0.05);(2)与革兰氏染色相比,阴道涂片检查快速染色在敏感度、准确度方面的优势均更加明显(P<0.05)。结论 与革兰氏染色相比,阴道涂片检查快速染色能更有效地检出滴虫、霉菌,还能提高对阴道炎的诊断效能,值得推广。
Objective To compare the value of Gram-dyeing and vaginal coating,the value of fast staining for routine leucorrhea is used.Methods 2000 patients who were included in April 2022 to December 2023 at the Gynecological Clinic of the Third People's Hospital of Danyang City were research objects.The pathogen detection rate of the method,the diagnosis of vaginitis.Results(1)The detection rate of rapid dyeing of vaginal painting is significantly higher than the Gram-dyeing rate of trichomonas and mold,P<0.05;(2)compared with Gram-dyeing,vaginal coating test quickly stains The advantages of sensitivity,and accuracy are even more obvious,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with Gram-dyeing,vaginal coating testing rapid dyeing can more effectively detect trichomonas and mold,and also improve the diagnosis effectiveness of vaginitis,which is worth promoting.
