摘要
自古以来“民以食为天,食以安为先”,人类的一切发展都要以食物为先,没有食物的保障,那么一切的活动和发展都将成为“纸上谈兵”,故而食品的安全是必不可少的,因此加强食品行业的监管力度,保障人们的用食安全。食品安全问题层出不穷,一直以来是国家的关注重点,因而本文将以食品安全监督为切入点,展开对我国食品行业的初步理解和对食品监督管理必要性的简单阐述。
Since ancient times,there has been a saying that"food is the paramount necessity of the people,and safety is the top priority of food".All human development is based on food;without the guarantee of food,all activities and development will become"all theory without action".Therefore,food safety is essential,and it is of great significance to strengthen the supervision of the food industry and ensure the people's food safety.Food safety issues emerge one after another and have always been a focus of national concern.Therefore,food safety supervision is taking as the entry point in this paper to conduct a preliminary understanding of China's food industry,and briefly elucidate the necessity of food supervision and management.
