摘要
食品是人类生存和发展最基本的物质条件。近年来连续发生的食品安全事故严重危害了人民的生命健康和社会稳定。目前我国食品安全监管的法律法规还不完善,监管过程中仍存在信息不透明、多头监管、企业违法成本低等问题,我国应建立统一公开的食品安全信息交流发布平台,打破多头监管局面,健全执法部门内部监管制度,同时建立健全法律法规体系。
The food is the basic substance conditions in the human existence and development. Food safety incidents which oc curred in succession seriously harm to people＇s health and social stability in rencent years. At present,China＇ s food safety reg ulatory laws and regulations are not perfect, information is opaque, long regulatory is low, the cost of illegal enterprises, in the food regulatory process, our country should establish a unified open exchange of food safety information release platform, break the long regulatory situation, improve law enforcement departmental internal control systems, and establish a sound legal system.
