摘要
以黑腹果蝇为模型,探究黑玉米汁延缓衰老作用的影响。在普通培养基增添一定剂量的黑玉米汁喂养8 h羽化未交配的雌雄果蝇,采用寿命的测定实验、爬行能力的测定实验和抗氧化性基因的水平测定实验方法来探索黑玉米汁对果蝇平均寿命和正常健康寿命的影响。通过对普通培养基和黑玉米汁样品培养基后果蝇体内SOD、CAT、MDA的变化数据测定与分析,研究发现,喂养黑玉米汁后果蝇的平均寿命和正常健康寿命均高于对照组;抗氧化能力表达水平显著提高。本实验结论表明,一定剂量后的黑玉米汁可以提高果蝇体内的抗氧化能力,起到一定的延缓衰老的作用。
Drosophila melanogaster was used as a model with the purpose of exploring the anti-aging ability of black corn juice and its effects.Male and female Drosophila melanogaster that emerged within 8 hours and have not mated are fed with some dose of black corn juice added to a normal media.These methods and experiments of lifespan determination,crawling ability determination and antioxidant gene level determination are employed to explore the effects of black corn juice on the average life-span and normal healthy life-span of Drosophila melanogaster.By measuring and analyzing the changes in SOD,CAT and MDA levels in Drosophila melanogaster fed with the normal medium and the medium with black corn juice samples,it is found that the average life-span and normal healthy life-span of Drosophila melanogaster fed with black corn juice are higher than those of the control group.The expression level of antioxidant capacity is significantly increased.The results showed that a certain dose of black corn juice can enhance the antioxidant capacity of Drosophila melanogaster and play a role in delaying aging.
