摘要
习近平总书记关于人民健康的重要论述是马克思主义健康思想在新时代的创造性发展成果。这些重要论述在马克思主义发展史上具有突出的原创性贡献:明确了人民健康优先发展的战略地位,丰富了马克思主义人民立场的理论内涵与实践路径;倡导“大卫生、大健康”理念,拓展了马克思主义的辩证系统观;强调“健康是社会文明进步的基础”,深化了对马克思主义关于生产力与生产关系思想的理解;提出人类卫生健康共同体理念,赋予了马克思主义共同体思想新的时代内涵。上述原创性理论贡献,标志着中国共产党对人民健康问题的理论探索达到了新的高度,充分彰显了习近平总书记关于人民健康重要论述在推动马克思主义中国化时代化进程中的深远影响。
Xi Jinping has made important expositions on public health which constitute a creative development of Marxist health theory in the new era,making distinctive original contributions to Marxism.First,he raises public health to a strategic priority,which is an enrichment to Marxist people-centered philosophy in both theory and practice.Second,his advocacy for"comprehensive medical and health care services"broadens the dialectical and systemic vision of Marxism.Third,his stress that"a healthy population is fundamental to social progress and civilization"shows a deeper understanding of Marxist ideas on the relationship between productivity and production relations.Fourth,his initiative to build a community of common health for mankind endows Marxist community thought with new implications.These theoretical innovations mark that the CPC has reached a new height in both theoretical exploration and institutional building concerning public health,demonstrating fully the profound impact of Xi Jinping's expositions on advancing the adaptation of Marxism to the Chinese context and keep it up-to-date.
