摘要
全民健康发展是一项公共事业,也是中国共产党治国理政的一项重大任务。在百年奋斗历程中,中国共产党卫生健康思想不断丰富发展,蕴含了突出的理论特质,彰显着鲜明的价值导向。其理论特质包括继承性与创新性相结合、普遍性与特殊性相结合、理论性与实践性相结合、人民性与天下情怀相结合等方面。同时,这一思想突出以人民为中心,坚持胸怀天下,为增进人民健康福祉、推进健康中国建设乃至构建人类卫生健康共同体提供了根本遵循,具有深厚的价值意蕴。
The healthy development of the whole people is not only a public undertaking,but also a major task for the Communist Party of China to govern the country.In the course of hundred years struggle,the health thought of the Communist Party of China has been constantly enriched and developed,which contains profound theoretical characteristics and highlights the distinctive value orientation.Its theoretical characteristics include the combination of inheritance and innovation,the combination of universality and particularity,the combination of theory and practice,and the combination of people and world feelings.At the same time,this idea highlights the people as the center,adheres to the world,and provides a fundamental basis for improving people s health and well-being,promoting the construction of a healthy China,and even building a human health and health community,with strong value implications.
