基于三全育人的新升本高校教育术语体系构建与辅导员工作室融合路径

Construction of a Terminology System for Newly Upgraded Undergraduate Education Based on Comprehensive Education and Integration Path with Counselor Studios

摘要 在高等教育深化改革与内涵式发展的时代背景下,新升本高校面临着明确育人方向、提升育人质量的迫切需求。文章以三全育人理念为核心,深入剖析新升本高校教育术语体系构建的理论逻辑与实践路径,并探索其与辅导员工作室融合的创新模式。通过对育人目标、育人体系、育人实践等多维度的系统研究,构建起契合新升本高校发展特性的教育术语体系,并通过职责定位明确、实践深度融合与工作机制创新,实现教育术语体系与辅导员工作室的有机联动。研究旨在为新升本高校优化育人模式、培养高素质人才提供理论支撑与实践参考,助力其在新时代高等教育格局中实现高质量发展。 In the context of deepening reform and connotative development of higher education,newly upgraded universities are facing an urgent need to clarify the direction of education and improve the quality of education.This study takes the concept of holistic education as its core,deeply analyzes the theoretical logic and practical path of constructing the educational terminology system in newly upgraded universities,and explores its innovative mode of integration with counselor studios.Through systematic research on multiple dimensions such as educational goals,educational systems,and educational practices,we have constructed an educational terminology system that is in line with the development characteristics of newly upgraded universities.Through clear job responsibilities,deep integration of practice,and innovative work mechanisms,we have achieved an organic linkage between the educational terminology system and counselor studios.This research aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for optimizing the education mode and cultivating high-quality talents for newly upgraded universities,and to help them achieve high-quality development in the new era of higher education.
