焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝除尘一体化应用实践分析

摘要 在大型焦炉上采用了“硫酸钠(SDS)干法脱硫+中低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝除尘一体化”烟气净化工艺技术,分别分析了脱硫、除尘、脱硝各系统的处理效果,结果表明,经脱硫处理后的二氧化硫浓度为109.1 mg·m^(-3),不能对二氧化硫进行达标处理,而经过除尘系统后的二氧化硫浓度为1.2 mg·m^(-3),已达标。经过整个一体化工艺后,颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物的出口浓度为0.9、1.3、37.8 mg·m^(-3),实现了达标排放。 The integrated flue gas purification technology of sodium sulfate(SDS)dry desulfurization+medium and low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification and dust removal was adopted on a large coke oven.The treatment effects of desulfurization,dust removal,and denitrification systems were analyzed.The results showed that the sulfur dioxide concentration after desulfurization treatment was 109.1 mg·m^(-3),which cannot meet the standard for sulfur dioxide treatment.However,the sulfur dioxide concentration after dust removal system is 1.2 mg·m^(-3),which can meet the standard for treatment.After the entire integrated process,the export concentrations of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,and nitrogen oxides were 0.9,1.3,and 37.8 mg·m^(-3),achieving standard emissions.
