马钢焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝装置的运行实践

摘要 介绍了马钢焦炉烟气净化的两种脱硫脱硝工艺的原理、特点、工艺流程和设计、运行技术参数指标情况,同时对两种工艺的优劣势进行了分析对比,对其生产运行主要物料消耗情况进行了统计分析。活性焦一体化工艺一次性投料运行后,系统物料消耗很少,只需在较长周期后补充活性焦;硫尘硝协同脱除工艺对20%氨水和消石灰的日消耗用量较大,每周均需安排罐车拉运主物料进厂接卸,对物流保供要求较高。 This article introduces the principle, characteristics, process flow and technical parameters of the two desulfurization and denitrification processes for coke oven flue gas purification in Masteel, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes, statistically analyzes the main material consumption for each production. After the one-time feeding for activated coke integration process, the system material consumption is very little and only needs to be replenished after a long cycle. On the other hand, the daily consumption of 20% ammonia and slaked lime for co-treatment process of sulfur, dust and nitrate is large, and it is necessary to arrange tank trucks to ensure the supply, which has a high requirement for logistics.
