摘要
烧结烟气是钢铁企业主要污染源之一,随着环保要求的提高,对烧结烟气中的粉尘、SO_(2)和NO_(X)等各项排放指标提出了更高要求。为满足国家超低排放的环保要求,在引进消化的基础上,创新研发了逆流活性炭脱硫脱硝技术。本文介绍了该技术工艺流程,分析了技术创新点及优势,烧结烟气通过改进的逆流式活性炭脱硫脱硝技术处理后,SO_(2)排放浓度≤35 mg/m^(3)、NO_(X)排放浓度≤50 mg/m^(3)、颗粒物排放浓度≤10 mg/m^(3),脱硝效率达90%,实现脱硫、脱硝、除尘一体化净化。
Sintering flue gas is one of the main pollution sources in iron and steel enterprises.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,higher requirements are put forward for various emission indicators such as dust,SO_(2) and NO_(x) in sintering flue gas.In order to meet the national environmental protection requirements of ultra-low emissions,on the basis of the introduction and application,counter-current activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification technology was innovatively developed.This article introduces the process flow of this technology and analyzes the technological innovations and advantages.After the sintering flue gas is treated by the improved counter-current activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification technology,the SO_(2) emission concentration is≤35 mg/m^(3),the NO_(x) emission concentration is≤50 mg/m^(3),and the particulate matter emission concentration is≤10 mg/m^(3),and the denitrification efficiency reaches 90%,achieving integrated purification of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal.
