摘要
传统观点认为,计算机直接制版(CTP)版材的版基砂目粗糙度(Ra值)是影响成像涂层与版基结合牢固度的关键因素,其理想范围为0.40~0.50μm。然而,砂目过细(Ra值低于0.40μm)可能导致涂层吸附不牢,使其在印刷过程中更易磨损,从而降低印版耐印力。针对这一问题,本文通过精心设计的实验,深入研究了降低砂目粗糙度对版材性能的影响。研究结果表明:当版基砂目值降低15%~20%时,版材在感光性能、曝光显影宽容度、反射率、耐化学品性能、耐磨性能及印刷适应性等方面未出现明显差异,显著降低了其对水资源和化学品的依赖,符合绿色制造的发展趋势,为CTP版材的优化应用提供了理论与实践依据。
In traditional views,the surface roughness(Ra value)of the plate substrate sand of computer⁃to⁃plate(CTP)materials is considered a key factor directly affecting the adhesion between the imaging coating and the plate substrate,and the ideal grain value Ra range of the CTP plate is 0.40μm to 0.50μm.Under⁃sized grain(the Ra value is less than 0.40μm)will lead to poor adhesion of the coating and easy to abrasion during the printing process,thus reducing the pressrun of the printing plate.To address this issue,this paper conducts a thorough investigation into the impact of reduced surface roughness on the performance of CTP materials through carefully designed experiments.The results indicate that when the surface roughness of the grained base is reduced by 15%to 20%,no significant differences are observed in the photosensitivity,exposure and development tolerance,reflectivity,chemical resistance,abrasion resistance and printability of the CTP materials.Moreover,the reduced surface roughness significantly decreases the dependence on water and chemicals,aligning with the trend of green manufacturing.This study provides both theoretical and practical support for the optimized application of CTP materials.
