摘要
阳极氧化膜的封孔法有热封孔与冷封孔 ,各有其优缺点。微波水合封孔是一种新型的封孔法 ,兼有常规封孔法的优点而克服了它们的缺点 ,但要转化为大规模的工业化封孔法还需要做许多工作。
Sealing aluminium anodic oxide coating in hot water or steam and′cold sealing′are well known and widely used technique.Unfortunately,the′hot sealing′ is a high energy costs process.By using microwaves to heat the wet aluminium anodic oxide coatings,it is possible to achieve the high performance of hydration sealing performance of hydration saling with appreciable savings in energy costs and processing time.
