Mechanism,application,and research progress of sealing technology for anodic oxide films on aluminum and its alloys

摘要 阐述了铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜封孔的机理,总结了沸水封孔、蒸汽封孔、铬酸盐封孔、氟化镍常(低)温封孔和醋酸镍中高温封孔的技术特点。介绍了国内外无镍封孔技术(包括微波水合封孔、溶胶-凝胶封孔、有机酸封孔、稀土盐封孔及无镍金属盐封孔)的研究进展,并展望了封孔技术未来的研究方向,认为新型绿色封孔技术和复合封孔技术将是未来发展的趋势。 The sealing mechanism of anodic oxide films on aluminum and its alloys was described.The technical characteristics of boiling water sealing,steam sealing,chromate sealing,normal/low-temperature nickel fluoride sealing,and medium/high-temperature nickel acetate sealing were summarized.The research progress of nickel-free sealing processes including microwave hydration sealing,sol–gel sealing,organic acid sealing,rare earth salt sealing,and nickel-free metal salt sealing at home and abroad was introduced.Two future research directions of sealing of anodic oxide films were predicted:new environment-friendly sealing technology and composite sealing technology.
