基于SolidWorks与Ansys的弧面分度凸轮机构建模及分析

摘要 以弧面分度凸轮的工作轮廓曲面方程为理论基础,利用Solid Works软件构建弧面分度凸轮的连续轮廓切割曲面,并进行结构修形,从而快速构建弧面分度凸轮的三维模型。结合该机构的实际工况条件及基本设计参数,完成整机及其余零部件的建模与装配,利用Ansys对从动件组合机构进行模态分析,系统性地分析了前6阶模态振型的表现形式及固有频率,进而通过对比临界转速与从动轴的实际工作最大转速,验证了该机构设计能够有效避免共振的发生,为弧面分度凸轮机构的进一步改进及动力学设计奠定了基础。 Based on the working contour surface equation of the cambered indexing cam,the continuous contour cutting surface of the cambered indexing cam was constructed by using Solidworks software,and the structure was modified,so as to quickly construct the three-dimensional model of the cambered indexing cam.Combined with the actual working conditions and basic design parameters of the mechanism,the modeling and assembly of the whole machine and the rest of the parts were completed,and the modal analysis of the driven part assembly mechanism was carried out by Ansys,and the performance and natural frequency of the first six modal mode shapes were systematically analyzed,and then by comparing the critical speed with the actual maximum working speed of the driven shaft,it was verified that the design of the mechanism could effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance,which laid a foundation for the further improvement and dynamic design of the cambered indexing cam mechanism.
