摘要
以弧面凸轮分度箱输出轴为研究对象,以ANSYS10.0为分析软件平台对该输出轴进行模态分析。分析了该输出轴的多阶固有频率、振型模态、相对位移和相对等效应力,得到了等值线图,并对分析结果作了初步探讨。为弧面凸轮分度箱的动力学分析提供了必要的依据。
Taking an output shaft of globoid cam indexing drive unit as the research object,the model analysis of the output shaft was carried out by means of ANSYS10.0 analysis software in this paper. The paper analyzed multi-stage inherent frequencies,the model of vibrations,the relative displacements and relative equivalent stress of the output shaft to get the contour maps. A preliminary investigation was also carried out on the analysis results in this paper. The results can be used as a guide for further dynamic analysis of the globoid cam indexing drive unit.
