粮食霉变快速检测技术研究进展

摘要 针对传统粮食霉变检测方法普遍存在的耗时长、工作量大、成本高及灵敏度低等局限,快速检测技术以其高效、无损、易操作的优势成为关键解决方案。本文综述了粮食霉变快速检测技术的研究进展,深入分析了各类技术(如光谱、成像、电子鼻、生物传感器等)的核心原理、特点、适用场景及优缺点,探讨了影响检测效果的关键因素,展望了多技术融合应用的未来发展趋势。快速检测技术显著提升了霉变检测的时效性和便捷性,为粮食质量安全管控提供了有力支撑。 Traditional methods for grain mildew detection are generally limited by time-consuming procedures,high workload,cost,and low sensitivity.Rapid detection technologies have emerged as a key solution due to their advantages of high efficiency,non-destructiveness,and ease of operation.In this paper,the latest advances in rapid mildew detection technologies for grains was systematically reviewed,the core principles,characteristics,applications,and pros/cons of various technologies(e.g.,spectroscopy,imaging,electronic nose,and biosensors)were analyzed in depth;the key factors affecting detection effectiveness was discussed;and the future development trend of multi-technology integration applications were discussed.Rapid detection technologies have significantly improved the timeliness and convenience of mildew detection,thus providing strong support for the quality and safety management of grain.
