摘要
粮食安全是“国之大者”。政策性粮食储备对稳定粮食市场,应对重大自然灾害和突发公共事件具有宏观调节作用。基于此,介绍了政策性粮食在库存检查中存在的主要问题类型,详细阐述了粮食入仓前和入仓后重点检查方向,以及粮食质量检查策略,提出要加强粮食库存检查技巧和能力,提升库存检查质量和工作效率,提高政治意识和整改效率,确保政策性库存粮食储存安全。
Food security is a“national priority”.Policy grain reserves plays a macro-regulatory role in stabilizing the food market and responding to major natural disasters and public emergencies.Based on this,this paper introduces the main types of problems existing in the inventory inspection of policy grain reserves,expounds in detail the key inspection directions before and after grain warehousing,as well as the grain quality inspection strategies,and puts forward that we should strengthen the skills and abilities of grain inventory inspection,improve the quality and efficiency of inventory inspection,improve the political awareness and rectification efficiency,and ensure the safety of policy inventory grain storage.
