智媒时代湖湘食文化国际传译研究:问题与对策

摘要 对接当前“加强国际传播能力建设”国家战略,落实湖南“三高四新”发展战略,湖湘文化尤其是食文化的国际传播已进入内涵式发展阶段。但就智媒时代的语言特点和传播路径而言,湖湘食文化词汇传译还存在误译、误解、误导“三误”现象。结合湖湘食文化的需求侧和供给侧“两侧”需求,从语言认知视角出发,笔者认为,在翻译传播湖湘食文化过程中可以通过构建心理图式、提升译者跨文化意识和凸显核心内涵,应对湖湘食文化国际传播所面临的挑战,提高湖湘食文化对外传译效度,从而推动湖湘食文化从“进口”到“入心”转型及湖湘食文化国际交流的良性互动。 In line with the current national strategy of“Building Up International Communication Capacity”and Hunan's“Three Highlands and Four New Missions”development strategy,the international communication of Huxiang culture,especially its food culture,has entered a stage of connotative development.In terms of the language characteristics and communication approaches of the intelligent media age,there are still“three problems”in translating Huxiang food culture;mistranslation,misunderstanding,and misguidance.Hence,considering the supply-side and demand-side needs of Huxiang food culture,the authors hold that the challenges faced by Huxiang food culture international communication can be addressed from the linguistic cognition perspective:constructing mental schemas,enhancing translators’cross-cultural awareness,and highlighting core connotations.It will help improve the communication and translation validity of Huxiang food culture,and promote its transformation from“ingest”to“ingrain”and positive interactions in the international communication of Huxiang food culture.
