摘要
数字经济时代,数据已经成为组织最重要的资产之一,其价值和影响力日益凸显,如何安全、高效地管理数据资产,成为当今世界各国共同面临的重大挑战。以CNKI数据库中324篇CSSCI文献为分析对象,运用CiteSpace软件,从发文数量、高被引文献、研究机构、研究者、关键词共现等方面呈现数据资产的研究进展。归纳数据资产管理的重点关注内容、核心框架体系、运行保障支撑,解读数据资产的管理体系构建与实践。提出数据资产管理研究的未来展望:一是营造良好的数据流通环境,促进数据高效流通;二是扩大对个体数据资产的研究,释放数据资产价值;三是完善数据资产收益分配与安全高效治理的研究;四是深入开展数据资产操作化与全过程管理的研究。
In the era of digital economy,data has become one of the most important assets for organizations,and its value and influence are increasingly prominent,how to manage data assets safely and efficiently has become a major challenge faced by countries around the world.Taking 324 CSSCI articles in the CNKI database as the research object,this paper uses CiteSpace software to present the research progress of data assets from aspects such as the number of published articles,highly cited literature,research institutions,researchers,and co-occurrence of keywords.Summarize the key concerns,core framework system,and operational support for data asset management,and interpret the construction and practice of the data asset management system.It proposes future prospects for data asset management research:first,create a favorable data circulation environment to promote efficient data circulation;second,expand research on individual data assets to release the value of data assets;third,improve research on the distribution of data asset benefits and safe and efficient governance;fourth,conduct in-depth research on the operationalization and full process of data asset management.
