摘要
旅游政策在旅游产业发展中发挥重要的引导、调整和保障功能。旅游政策研究涉及旅游政策内涵、制定及效果评估等方面,对旅游政策更新和演化具有重要影响。从政策科学视角构建分析框架,并以旅游政策研究领域的SSCI、CSSCI文献为样本,就政策内涵、政策要素、政策过程、理论基础与研究方法等对旅游政策研究进行梳理和述评,并对构建完善的旅游政策研究体系做出展望。
Tourism policy plays an important role in guiding,adjusting and guaranteeing the development of tourism industry.Tourism policy research analyzes the connotation,formulation and effect evaluation of tourism policy,which plays a significant role in the updating and evolution of tourism policy.This paper constructs a complete analysis framework from the perspective of policy science,takes SSCI and CSSCI literature in the field of tourism policy research as samples,reviews tourism policy research from policy connotation,policy elements,policy process and research theories and methods,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for future tourism policy research.
