摘要
党的二十大和党的二十届三中全会强调,要加快构建新发展格局。而“国内大循环”为主体的新发展格局形成,则要以包括体育用品市场在内的全国统一大市场建设为基础。对我国31个省份的体育娱乐用品相对价格时间序列发展趋势进行检视,发现我国体育用品市场一体化在取得成绩的同时还存在不容忽视的问题。出现这种情况的原因在于:通过体育用品市场一体化构建全国统一体育用品市场具有诸多积极效应,但也同时存在不少限制因素;其积极效应和限制因素会分别产生对体育用品市场一体化起牵引和阻滞作用的两股相反力量;由于这两种力量的共同作用,我国体育用品市场一体化虽然正在加快推进,但可能成效并不显著。为进一步加快我国体育用品一体化进程,以助力全国统一大市场建设和“国内大循环”为主体的新发展格局形成,必须对症下药,多措并举化解体育用品市场一体化限制因素导致的阻滞力。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.The formation of a new development pattern with national large circulation as the main body should be based on the construction of a unified national market including the sports goods market.To examine the development trend of the relative price time series of sporting and recreational goods in 31 provinces of China,it is evident that the integration of sports goods market in China has achieved notable progress,yet there are still some issues to be addressed.The reason for this state is that building a national unified sports goods market through sports goods market integration has many positive effects and there are also many restrictive factors.The positive effects and restrictive factors will produce two opposite forces respectively,which can pull and block the market integration of sports goods.Because of the joint action of these two forces,although the integration of China's sports goods market is accelerating,it may not have achieved significant results.In order to further accelerate the process of sports goods integration in China and to help the construction of a unified national market and the formation of the new development pattern with the national large circulation as the main body,we should suit the remedy to the case and take various measures to resolve the blocking force caused by the restrictive factors in the market integration of sports goods.
