摘要
外商直接投资改变了政府和企业的行为模式,从而对市场一体化进程产生深刻的影响。市场替代假说和全球价值链假说对两者之间的关系给出了截然不同的预测。文章在构建长三角地区市场一体化指数的基础上,研究外商直接投资与区域市场一体化之间的关系。研究结果表明,长三角地区的市场一体化水平在不断提高;外商直接投资有助于拓展区域市场一体化进程。最后,文章基于地方政府竞争的角度对实证结论进行解释。
Foreign direct investment impacts both government and enterprise＇s behavioral pattern,and has a profund influence on market integration.Market substitution hypothesis and global value chain hypothesis can＇t provide the same predictions on the relationship between these two items.Based on the market integration index of Yangtze River Delta,this paper studies the relationship between foreign direct investment and regional market integration.The results show that,the market integration level of Yangtze River Delta has been enhanced,and foreign direct investment helps improve the regional market integration process.Finally,the paper interprets the empirical findings through the perspective of local government competition.
