基于随机微分博弈的企业数据交易合作策略研究

摘要 [目的/意义]数据要素作为国民经济增长的新兴核心驱动力,正通过数字经济发挥乘数效应,但数据要素市场各主体如何协同合作以实现数据价值化已成为迫在眉睫的问题。因此,如何理解数据要素市场中多方博弈的动态演化规律尤为重要。[方法/过程]本文基于随机微分博弈模型,探究政府、数据要素型企业和数据服务商(即数商)三方在企业数据交易的合作机制和最优策略。[结果/结论]结果表明:协同合作博弈模式下的三方最优合作策略、最优收益和系统总收益优于其余两种博弈模式,并实现了系统的帕累托最优。政府成本补贴系数作为一种有效的调节机制,能够显著提高企业和数商的最优收益及系统总收益。随机干扰因素使得企业数据交易存量并不会达到稳定状态,而是始终在其期待值上下波动,并通过数值模拟分析验证了理论推导的结果,以期为数据供应链中政府、企业和数商在进行企业数据交易决策时提供理论依据和参考。 [Purpose/Significance]As an emerging core driving force for national economic growth,the data element exerts a multiplier effect through the digital economy.However,how to achieve data valorisation via collaboration among data market participants constitutes a critical challenge requiring urgent resolution.[Method/Process]This paper explored the cooperation mechanism and optimal strategy of the government,data element enterprises,and data service providers in enterprise data trading using a stochastic differential game model.Therefore,understanding the dynamic evolution rules of multi-party interactions within the data element market is particularly crucial.[Result/Conclusion]The results demonstrate that optimal cooperation strategies,optimal benefits,and total system benefits under the cooperative game mode consistently outperform those in the other two game modes,achieving Pareto optimality.The government cost subsidy coefficient,as an effective adjustment mechanism,significantly increases the optimal benefits and total system benefits of data element enterprises and data service providers.Stochastic disturbing factors prevent enterprise data trading stock from stabilizing,maintaining persistent fluctuations around its expected value.Numerical simulation analysis verifies the theoretical propositions,in order to provide a theoretical basis and reference for decision-making on enterprise data trading by the government,data element enterprises,and data service providers in the data supply chain.
