摘要
通过系统梳理供应链管理理论演进脉络与数字化转型趋势,综合运用文献计量、案例研究和实证分析等方法,创新性提出战略协同-风险共控-价值同创的供应商治理三维模型。基于相关课题研究和轨道交通行业物资供应商管理实践,深度剖析铁路物资供应链在准入机制、分类分级、信用评价等方面存在的结构性矛盾,揭示传统管理模式在响应“双循环”新格局、应对国际供应链变局中的适应性不足。研究构建穿透式供应链治理体系,提出从交易合作向战略协同转型、构建全链路风险预警机制、实施数据穿透式治理等创新路径,形成涵盖组织革新、技术赋能、制度优化的系统性解决方案。
By systematically sorting out the evolution of supply chain management theory and the trend of digital transition,and comprehensively using methods such as bibliometrics,case studies,and empirical analysis,this paper innovatively proposes a 3D supplier governance model of strategic collaboration,risk co-control,and value co-creation.Based on relevant research topics and the management practices of material suppliers in the rail transit industry,this paper deeply analyzes the structural contradictions existing in the railway material supply chain in terms of access mechanism,classification and grading,and credit evaluation,and reveals the insufficient adaptability of traditional management models in responding to the new pattern of“dual circulation”and coping with changes in the international supply chain.The study proposes the establishment of a transparent supply chain governance system,introducing innovative pathways such as transitioning from transactional cooperation to strategic collaboration,building a full-chain risk early-warning mechanism,and implementing data-transparent governance,thus forming a systematic solution encompassing organizational innovation,technology empowerment,and institutional optimization.
