摘要
定期停机检修仅能粗略检查部分可见区域氧化皮脱落,识别外部或暴露问题,无法实时获取内部状态,因此检测精度低。为此,开展超临界锅炉氧化皮脱落智能检测研究。采用超声波技术设计检测方案,精确配置仪器参数、优化耦合操作,实时全面获取锅炉内氧化皮状态信息。利用获取的信息,基于超声波反射原理及理论模型,完成智能检测与预警。实验结果表明,研究方法在不同运行工况下的检测灵敏度和分辨率均较高,有效提高了超临界锅炉氧化皮脱落的检测精度。
Regular shutdown maintenance can only roughly inspect the peeling of visible areas of oxide skin,identify external or exposed problems,and cannot obtain real-time internal status,resulting in low detection accuracy.To this end,research is being conducted on intelligent detection of oxide scale detachment in supercritical boilers.Adopting ultrasonic technology to design a detection scheme,accurately configuring instrument parameters,optimizing coupling operations,and achieving real-time and comprehensive acquisition of the status information of the oxide scale inside the boiler.Using the obtained information,based on the principle and theoretical model of ultrasonic reflection,intelligent detection and early warning are completed.The experimental results show that the research method has high detection sensitivity and resolution under different operating conditions,effectively enhancing the detection accuracy of oxide scale detachment in supercritical boilers.
